I GOT STUCK IN A RUT, ITS DIRTY BUSINESS!
I do not think I am alone in this, at least I hope not. Have you ever been stuck? Well I have many
times, and this time seemed even harder than the last. I had gone to see my super awesome Children and
Grandchildren. I got to spend almost a week with them and had such a wonderful time. The drive through
Montana and then through Wyoming was such a treat. The scenery was so beautiful, the tree’s blooming and the
mountains green from all the snow from this last winter, and the rain bringing its splashes of moisture.
Well when I got back home and had to go back to reality, I got stuck! I was so sad, and felt just plan old
depressed. It seems that it’s always a let down when you have such a good time and then have to come back to
the day in and day out of life. Do you know what I mean? Have you had this happen to you? Well I am out of
the rut and am getting myself all cleaned up. Thank goodness!!!!! Life can be so hard at times, but I feel
I needed to take a step back, and reflect, to be thankful for my life, that I can go on trips, that I do have a family
to see, to count my blessing, and be oh go grateful for all that I have. I am so blessed! Going through
a valley can help us to see so much better when we are on the mountain top.
“Great is Thy faithfulness,” O God my Father,
There is no shadow of turning with Thee;
Thou changest not, Thy compassions, they fail not
As Thou hast been Thou forever wilt be.
“Great is Thy faithfulness!” “Great is Thy faithfulness!”
Morning by morning new mercies I see;
All I have needed Thy hand hath provided—
“Great is Thy faithfulness,” Lord, unto me!
Summer and winter, and springtime and harvest,
Sun, moon and stars in their courses above,
Join with all nature in manifold witness
To Thy great faithfulness, mercy and love.
Pardon for sin and a peace that endureth,
Thine own dear presence to cheer and to guide;
Strength for today and bright hope for tomorrow,
Blessings all mine, with ten thousand beside!

When we are stuck in a rut we are being invited to grow and expand.”

New Living Translation Ephesians 3:17
Then Christ will make his home in your hearts as you trust in him. Your roots will grow down into God’s love and keep you strong.
So BEAUTIFUL one be strong, and keep on moving forward. God knows the plans He has for you. Be Blessed! Shanna
