THE FORK IN THE ROAD!!!
I started down the road, heading out with get delight, I forged ahead thinking I know
the way to go, but as I looked around I decided, oh my this is NOT the way to go.
I headed back to THE FORK IN THE ROAD. I took a look at my map and studied
it to see, the right road with which to go. The road was wide and beautiful the sun was all aglow,
so I headed out again this time on the right road. I had walked for quite some time the road
was getting steep, I thought I can do it and kept steady on my feet. I climbed up and up for
almost a mile, I saw a clearing just ahead and when I got there a river appeared, I new I would have to cross
it, but I saw a place to go that looked safe so I stepped on in. I made it across without any problems, and headed on again. As I walked on there were places I did not think I could make it, because it was so hard and steep, but I put one foot
in front of the other and encouragement came along and helped me to move on. I was so thankful for the help and thought what
would I do if I had to make it on my own. I new that when I started it might be very hard, but I had faith
that I would make it moving on and on, when I reached the end my friends where there to greet me, I was so
amazed and thankful when I saw them, I ran into there arms.
Oh sweet and beautiful one, sometimes life is so hard, and the road is very long with many things in the way causing us to stumble and even fall. The lessons that we learn can make us strong, giving us
courage to stand up and move on. So many times I have stumbled, but I choose to get up and move on. Oh it’s HARD, but when I come to the wide and beautiful road with the sun all aglow, I choose to stand up
go, go, go. Shanna
Life can only be understood backwards; but it must be lived forwards. Soren Kierkegaard
A psalm of David.
1 The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing.
2 He makes me lie down in green pastures,
he leads me beside quiet waters,
3 he refreshes my soul.
He guides me along the right paths
for his name’s sake.
4 Even though I walk
through the darkest valley,[a]
I will fear no evil,
for you are with me;
your rod and your staff,
they comfort me.
5 You prepare a table before me
in the presence of my enemies.
You anoint my head with oil;
my cup overflows.
6 Surely your goodness and love will follow me
all the days of my life,
and I will dwell in the house of the Lord
